The film which he made had lots of action in it and so it was perfect for giving tricks on how to film a chase scene, which is what he begins with. The video is very informative as it open your eyes into how to film your shots and then edit them into a sequence where there is good continuity and it looks like you have been filming all day, from all kinds of camera angles.
One important thing I learned from this video, to save you lots of time when filming, is to just continue rolling the camera even if something does go slightly wrong, because the footage is good right up until the error. You can then just edit out the fault and put in a different camera angle shot in place where the actors do not make the same mistake.
